Finding Om Yoga Therapy is a yoga class and discussion group designed to address disorders that affect the mind and body, such as eating disorders and substance abuse disorders. Finding Om Yoga Therapy has been clinically proven to boost self-esteem, improve body image, lower anxiety and reduce binge episodes in people with Binge Eating Disorder. Come see what it can do for you!

Finding Om Yoga Therapy groups meet for an hour and a half weekly for eight weeks. Sessions are split between an active asana practice and a seated group discussion. Each eight week session is targeted toward specific disorders, allowing participants to explore their issues and further their recovery in the company of other people with similar concerns and experiences.

Groups are held at various sites around Colorado Springs. An ongoing substance abuse recovery-focused group meets at the Peak Addiction Recovery Center (residents only). A community-based substance addiction recovery group is being formed now at Insight Services Colorado. We are also in the process of forming a group for parents and spouses of addicts the help them strengthen themselves, support each other and enhance the coping skills necessary in their unique and difficult situation.
